Gipping worked with Tendring District Council to transform the public leisure facilities located near the seafront. The swimming pool remained open throughout the works.

The refurbishment included a new reception, gym, changing rooms, showers with all the associated fixtures and fittings.  The redevelopment created a modern attractive space with an immediate and positive effect on the number of visitors.
