Gipping handed over the new sister building on Time and on Budget, despite significant design changes and delays.  David Watts, the College's project manager has consistently been complimentary about how well Gipping have integrated and the quality of the workmanship.  Our success on this site would not have been possible without the consistent, disciplined and cheerful approach of the team who have avoided being overwhelmed by the 3,500 students and staff sharing our access to the site.
