Gipping acquired the site and worked with the Genesis Group to develop 21 affordable homes for rent and shared equity.

The project minimised the environmental impact of the build process by using “Pods” or modular timber construction for the housing units. We also successfully restored and retained a pond as a wildlife sanctuary in the middle of the site.
