Gipping constructed this three storey office block and adjacent workshop for a Scandinavian client, Dong Energy, to service their wind farm site at Gunfleet Sands.

The architect, Roff Marsh, achieved a RIBA award for this £1.3 million project on a brownfield site. The site was decontaminated, and the construction included extensive use of steel, glass and timber to provide a suitable environment for administration staff whilst being robust enough to be used by workers returning from the offshore wind turbines.
