New build car workshops and valet at ground floor with offices and storage at first floor constructed in two phases.  Phase One – car workshop area and shell, completed in just 26 weeks.  Phase Two comprised fit out of offices which was completed 3 months later.

Construction comprised stone piles to stabilize ground, rc raft, steel frame, SFS wall with sheet wall and roof cladding, aluminum glazing with solar shading.  Internally 3 staircases and a lift to provide access to the first floor fitted out for offices.

Externally large areas of block paved parking, external lighting, wash down bays and soft landscaping.
