The project comprised alterations and repairs to industrial premises ready for change of tenant.  The full extent of work could not be fully determined until exploratory investigation had been completed such as the replacement of approximately 1500 m² of floor slab.

Repairs to cladding, guttering, mechanical and electrical upgrades and large scale industrial clean were completed along with the design construction of a new steel framed sheet clad canopy and acoustic fencing to the boundary line.
