Hillscross Conversion

The internal refurbishment and remodelling of existing office accommodation to provide 17 ensuite student bedrooms together with a kitchen and kitchenette and the creation of social areas.  Works included the removal of partitions, new lighting, sanitary and kitchenware, electrics and data where necessary together with new floor coverings and wall finishes.  Windows were also replaced where necessary and the stair reconfigured.
