Corner Cottage

Gipping successfully built a new bespoke retirement cottage adjacent to an existing converted farm house.

The cottage was designed to share the benefits of Solar Energy with the main farmhouse but also provide the flexibility to become a stand-alone home in the future.

The project included many brick and exposed timber features, and was extended to include works to the farmhouse including a “bespoke” kitchen, and other internal and external alterations.
