We successfully completed the design and construction of 30 affordable homes with the associated infrastructure for Colne Housing at a contentious site near Maldon.

Shortly after work commenced, the project was halted by a Village Green Application. Gipping worked with the client to mitigate the implications of the interruption and completed the scheme ahead of the revised programme.
