2026 promotions!

We’ve had a great start to 2026!

Not least because we are so proud of Joe Butler, Zac Land, Xena Partridge and Mark Batram, who have all been promoted.
Joe has been promoted to Commercial Director and will be responsible for heading up our Commercial Team. This is very much in line with our EmployeeOwnedTrust objectives.
Xena and Zac have been promoted to Quantity Surveyor, reflecting their hard work and the additional responsibility they have taken on in their roles within the commercial team.
Mark Batram brings his extensive experience to his new role as Groundworks Supervisor, as we look to diversify the groundworks team into more varied infrastructure contracts.
