A bird’s eye view of Ipswich Museum under wraps

The towering temporary roof over Ipswich Museum can be seen from many viewpoints in the town and has protected the historic landmark for months whilst restoration works to the roof have taken place.
The scale of the project and the sheer quantity of scaffold and containment material required to shroud the building is vast.
This brilliant drone footage, taken by CJB Scaffolding Ltd, gives an incredible bird’s-eye view of the site and its location within the town.
It is such a privilege to be involved with the restoration of our important Suffolk heritage and we are proud of our site team who have willingly accommodated many visits and tours whilst the works have been in progress.
