Cann Hall Primary School – the latest addition to our education portfolio

We are delighted to be adding to our extensive education portfolio with the award of the contract for RAAC replacement at Cann Hall Primary School in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, part of the Compass Partnership of Schools.

Work is due to commence within the next few weeks.
Existing roof-mounted pipework will be removed and replaced internally, and the existing waterproofing and insulation will be removed and disposed of along with the RAAC plank structural deck.
A new profiled steel roof deck will be installed on the existing steelwork, along with a new Bauder warm deck waterproofing system.
New triple skin polycarbonate rooflights will be installed to match the existing openings.
Internally, a new suspended ceiling grid with mineral fibre tiles will be installed, all areas will be redecorated, and existing carpet and vinyl floor coverings will be replaced.
