New door, steps and handrails installed to an existing classroom.
Demolition of existing roof structure including removal of glazing and vertical upstands/vents.
New box gutters and additional timber rafters.
New roof coverings and roof lights including a section of new slated roof.
New curtain walling and doors opening out onto the playground
Alterations to the reception area including new reception desks and visitor waiting area.
New electrically operated sliding doors to the reception area.
