Bury St Edmunds Leisure Centre, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

This project comprised, replacement leisure flumes, cladding, glazing, external doors and the construction of a draught lobby.

When removing the existing flumes we exposed steelwork that was badly corroded and therefore also required repair. We worked closely with St Edmundsbury Borough Council and their consulting engineer to arrive at a design and build-ability solution for this additional work.

The Leisure Centre remained open to the public throughout the Contract.
