Works included the external and internal repairs consisting of decontaminating /cleaning carbon contaminated fabric, removal and replacement of insulated external cladding system to the external walls and roof, removal and replacement of structural steel, electrical system, internal repairs and redecorating. 

Also, complete removal and replacement of the racking to the warehouse.
