The project in Great Bealings, Suffolk, involved the demolition of an existing cottage style house and construction of a high quality contemporary bespoke private dwellings that will be hidden in its woodland setting.
The new dwelling has shallow concrete pad and strip foundations with partial steel frame, precast first floor planks, cavity block walls, large glazed areas with a flat roof construction. Full new foul treatment plant and new surface water soakaway.
