Haddocks Hyundai, Ardleigh, Essex

The team at Gipping have been involved in the successful development of this car dealer’s site for many years.

The original ‘garage’ site increased with the acquisition of adjacent bungalows approximately 20 years ago, and the most recent £400,000 project required the transformation of the ‘bungalow look’ to a showroom front, fit for the 21st century. It also included extensive remodelling to provide more effective useable floor and administration space to a consistent Hyundai standard and specification.

The Company worked with Haddocks to maintain their sales and servicing operations on this restricted site throughout the construction period. The project involved decontamination, mini-piling, structural steel, curtain walling and rain screen cladding together with timber and stainless steel finishes internally.
