Gipping converted a redundant barn and outbuildings to create three self-contained dwellings at Holt Farm, Gt Oakley, Essex.

Many of the original timber features were retained and a “green” geothermal system was installed for hot water supplies and an underfloor heating system to minimize the impact of the building and improve the authenticity of the finished project.
