Sir Charles Lucas Art College

Gipping were appointed main contractors two weeks before the start of the summer holidays to transform the tired buildings at a comprehensive school into an Academy to welcome students back in the September term.

The £250,000 project at Sir Charles Lucas Art College was completed on time and included refurbishment of reception areas, workrooms and toilet blocks as well as external decorations to the three storey blocks and extensive hard landscaping with sail canopies.
