Construction of a new extension at St Helens House, Ipswich, Suffolk, to house the new audiology and observation unit with specialist audiology fitting out works including internal refurbishment and external works. The work was carried out with incredibly restrictive access in a live hospital site, which was made even more difficult due to the extra restrictions that were brought in to cope with the Covid 19 pandemic. The site remained open throughout the pandemic and the contract was completed on programme.
