Stanway Green Lodge, Colchester, Essex

Gipping completed the design and construction of this project to expand and modernise the existing care home.

The works included converting bedrooms to en-suite, providing three new bedrooms and improving general facilities in the home to meet the enhanced CQC requirements.

The home remained occupied throughout. We successfully worked with the owners to complete the project in three phases minimising the loss of income from inaccessible bedrooms and maintaining a safe and clean environment for the residents.
