Gipping was appointed ‘Master Builder’ by a client for the design and construction of this 10,000 square foot new house.

We worked with the client and his agent to include many ‘bespoke’ features and achieve a tight programme on this family home that incorporated a swimming pool and gym, heat recovery and air source heat pumps.
