Works comprised of completion of a refurbishment to two adjacent car showrooms for Toomey’s Nissan and Hyundai dealerships. New M & E installation including ventilation and cooling, lining of walls, fully tiled showroom floors, suspended ceilings and decoration, all around live car showroom open to the public.

Processes and methods.

Refurbishment comprised of full M & E installation including new lighting ventilation and heat recovery units, fully tiled showroom floors, new ceilings and full decoration. New doors were installed removing sections of curtain walling. Floor coverings were installed to areas not tiled.

Environmental
As responsible contractors who are ISO14001 accredited, we completed environmental risk assessments, minimise waste and any waste is disposed of using licensed companies. Waste is sorted at the collection depot. Typically, 90% of waste is recycled.
