Gipping constructed this three storey office block and adjacent workshop in Tower Street, Brightlingsea, Essex, for a Scandinavian client, to service their wind farm site at Gunfleet Sands.

The site was decontaminated, and the construction included extensive use of steel, glass and timber to provide a suitable environment for administration staff whilst being robust enough to be used by workers returning from the offshore wind turbines.
