Julian’s extensive industry experience and management skills have enabled him to successfully fulfil senior positions, with responsibility for multi-million-pound projects on both major and specialist contracts.
Highly motivated, Julian enjoys training and building teams to deliver projects safely, on time and to extremely high standards.
He is responsible for managing and coordinating the design aspects of projects to ensure that all plans, drawings, and specifications are accurate, consistent, and aligned with the project’s objectives. This role acts as a bridge between the design team (architects and engineers) and the construction team, (contractors, projects/site managers), ensuring smooth communication and integration of design into the construction process. Julian also provides technical guidance to construction teams based on design intent and implements BMS to ensure records are maintained in respect of drawings, RFI’s and all design related documents.
