Peter has thirty-eight years’ experience in the construction industry. He started his career as a roof tiler before progressing into management. Peter is hardworking, conscientious, and reliable with a good eye for detail. Peter thrives on the challenge of resolving issues and problem solving. He prides himself on his man management, communication, and organisational skills.

Multiple School and Local Authority Works – Contracts Manager. Values ranged from: £30,000 to £700,000
These works were particularly challenging but rewarding, most of the projects were over set periods where programme was crucial, works varied from window replacements in live school environments to roof works, refurbishments and extensions to name but a few.

Hospital and Social Care Projects – Contracts Manager
Bluebird Lodge Community Hospital (NHS) extension and refurbishment in live hospital environment. Value: £495,000
Southwold House, refurbishment of live care home for adults with anger problems and learning disabilities. Value: £185,000
Stone Lodge Community Centre refurbishment of former council building into a hearing centre for the deaf and hard of hearing. Value: £112,000
Drovers House, refurbishment, and internal alterations of a former office building into a Physiotherapy centre. Works included the construction of a lift shaft and provision for specialist equipment. Value: £315,000

Factory Maintenance and Industrial Projects – Contracts Manager
PPG Paints – planned and reactive maintenance within a Petrochemical factory.
Carless Harwich, maintenance and civil works within a Petrochemical factory.
Bosch, Stowmarket, construction of specialist testing facility and maintenance.
Muntons, Stowmarket, Major roof works and structural brickwork repairs at height to central lift shaft.
Harwich Docks, various works including repairs to corroded dock walls and paving above, these works were controlled by the tide and required meticulous planning.
