Demolition of Airey Houses across Mid Suffolk Stock and Construction of 109 New Homes within Stowmarket and Haughley for Orbit Housing Association. Value: £15,900,000
Homes were to Secure by Design and Code Level 4. The project involved careful planning and phasing to allow residents to decant and occupy new houses. This was on a design and build basis.
Demolition of Existing houses and construction of 64 new houses, flats and disabled specific bungalow for Greenfields Housing Association. Value: £7,500,000
The works were phased and spread over four land parcels. New homes had to be constructed and occupied to allow the release of the remaining houses to be demolished.
Construction of 16 Bed Adaptive Living Accommodation in Clacton. Value: £1,800,00
Fast track construction to allow the building to be occupied quickly to cater for the needs. The building was future proofed with the latest technologies and was split between physical disability and learning disability specific flats.
Construction of New Build Student Accommodation in Ipswich Value: £1,900,000
This was taken from concept to occupation and completed two months early. The four-storey student accommodation included utilising prefabricated bathroom PODs. The building filled the whole footprint of the site with only room for site cabins.
