This project is part of an ongoing expansion at Thremhall Park and comprised the construction of two new office buildings and additional parking. Building 1 is a two storey steel framed structure with composite steel deck/in situ concrete topping upper floor. Building 2 is masonry, glulam and steel tie rod construction. Both units are clad in larch boarding with aluminium framed glazing, providing extensive natural daylight.
