Whoop! We’ve done it again!

We are thrilled to announce that we are a regional winner in the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2023! 🙌

Our Grimwade Street, Ipswich, development scooped the award for Best Small Social Housing Development. We are now shortlisted for the national finals in January, 2024. 🤞

Our winning project involved the design and construction of 16 affordable rent flats for Handford Homes Ipswich in a prominent town centre development. Constructed as two blocks, in masonry construction, piled foundation and using permeable drainage system. There was emphasis on external detailing and material choice to ensure the building was in keeping with the surroundings.
