For this scheme we cleared a former council garage site and constructed 5 new affordable bungalows.

Built in masonry with trussed roofs, efficiency was key so UPVC windows and roofline components were used.  Internally the units are fully finished ready for occupation.  Externally a new block paved road with parking was built with soft landscaping.
